You answer a short set of questions and we draw a route, the regions, the nights, and the specific hotels and restaurants worth booking, in the right order. We then send it to you as a recommendation document. We do not book anything: you reserve each hotel, table, car, guide and boat yourself, directly with the supplier. Where a place is private rather than public, a chef, a boat, a guide, we make the introduction.

Two recommendation tiers, one payment, nothing else. The Route, $150 / €140, is a curated local itinerary: the regions, the hotels and restaurants worth booking, in the right order. The Recommend, $200 / €185, adds a fuller day-by-day document, our reservation notes and local contacts, and priority email support, for longer or multi-region trips. Prices are shown in your local currency; it is the same product either way, not a per-person surcharge. We take no booking fee and no percentage of your trip.

No. We recommend and introduce. You book and pay every hotel, restaurant, driver, guide and boat directly, at their own price and on their own terms. We never take your payment for travel, never hold rooms, and never earn a percentage of what you spend, which is exactly why we can name the place we think is right rather than the one that pays most.

Every property on our list holds 4.5 stars or better on Google, and is a five-star hotel, a small boutique of twenty rooms or fewer, or a working farm or wine estate. We have stayed in all of them ourselves. Ratings and review counts shown in the planner come from public Google Places data, and any rates shown are indicative, you confirm them with the property when you book.

No. Lamecvs sells recommendations and makes introductions. We are not a travel agency, not a booking platform, and not the provider of any travel service. Every reservation you make is a contract directly between you and that hotel, restaurant, guide, driver or operator, on their own terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamecvs accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, cancellations, changes, delays, injury, illness, loss or damage caused by any third-party supplier, or for events outside our control (weather, strikes, closures, force majeure). Any rates shown are indicative estimates only. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.

The recommendation fee covers the work of building your itinerary, so it is charged once and is not refundable after the document has been sent. If something is wrong or unclear in it, write to us and we will put it right. Supplier deposits and cancellation terms are set by each supplier and agreed directly with them, never with us.
